Supermarkets & manufacturers may advertise & brand items as Healthy & Good For You etc but beware! Look at the attached on the left is the nutritional information for a McDonalds sugar donut and on the right the nutritional information for an ASDA Good & Balanced Tandoori Chicken Curry. Just look the "GOOD" meal contains more fats of which are higher in saturated fats, higher sugars & the hidden sin, massively higher in salt content. Whilst I wouldn't condemn someone indulgin
