Rest assured you're not alone, but it doesn't have to be testing to overcome. Some simple tips can make all the difference.
Consume real food (i.e. unprocessed)
Do Not depend solely on salads
Enhance your sleep quality & duration
Get rid of tempting foods
Sounds obvious but only eat when you are hungry
Plan your meals
Don't confuse thirst with hunger, try drinking a glass of water
Avoid multi-tasking (mealtimes should be for meals only, put down the phone & remove any distractions & take your time & enjoy)
When you feel full STOP.
