Wednesday Workout


Not All workouts need to last for hours (I mean who has the time anyway?). HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) has been proven to be just as effective at fat loss and continues to bolster the body's metabolism afterwards, meaning you get fat burn for longer.


HIIT doesn't need to be taxing, KISS (keep it simple stupid!). Your body is an effective tool and you require no special equipment to workout at home, simply do body weight workouts.


Below are some examples of exercises that can be done at home. Do 45 seconds of work with a 20 second rest, doing as many reps as possible in that work time:


Butt Kicks,

Jump Squats,

Burpees,

Mountain Climbers,

Alternating Side Lunges,

Jump Lunges,

Plank (hold for 45 secs).

Repeat the above 2X for the perfect body workout. 😁👍
