I've had the question asked what is Boxercise?
"Boxercise is an exercise concept based on the training methods used by boxers.
Sessions typically involve hitting focus pads but no class involves hitting an opponent. It is a fun, challenging and safe workout which is great for stress busting, accessible to all ages and fitness levels."
The sessions will look at starting off with basic footwork and punches with development each week. The remainder of the sessions will then incorporate games, circuits, drills. Each week will be different! So if your looking for a beasting, or looking to develop your 'milking the cow' technique (more on that later), why not give it a try.
