REMEMBER: In 2020 if you want to drop body fat you NEED to be in a CALORIE DEFECIT state. 👀

👉 Sleep quantity & quality 😴

👉 Staying hydrated 💦

👉 Eating mostly whole foods 🍠

👉 Being HAPPY & stress-free 😁
