What it takes to drop the BODY FAT!

REMEMBER: In 2020 if you want to drop body fat you NEED to be in a CALORIE DEFECIT state. 👀
Other things you need to help with that body fat loss are 👇
👉 Resistance Training 💪
👉 Eating enough protein 🥩
👉 Sleep quantity & quality 😴
👉 Staying hydrated 💦
👉 Eating mostly whole foods 🍠
👉 Being HAPPY & stress-free 😁
